IT’S THE WKND is a resort takeover at W Bali – Seminyak, Indonesia, brought to you IT’S THE SHIP, Aisa’s Largest Festival at Sea. The event features pockets of immersive experiences and music, including DJ sets and live performances from local and international artists. Guests can enjoy a range of activities, from pool parties and beachside barbecues to wellness sessions and yoga classes. Whether you’re a music lover or simply looking for an unforgettable weekend away, IT’S THE WKND at W Bali – Seminyak promises to be a summer experience like never before.
The event is strictly for 21+ years old and above only
We’re all welcoming, but your (and your baby’s!) safety is our first priority. You have to be less than 24 weeks into your pregnancy to be allowed in.
Before checking in, please provide your doctor’s letter confirming:
a) The length of your pregnancy
b) You and your baby are in good condition, and
c) That your pregnancy is not high-risk
Your decision on whether to stay with us is at your own risk and discretion.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier room package, however, it will be based on first come first served basis.
Yes, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any financial losses due to any unexpected cancellations and/or travel emergencies.
Currently we do not have program on matching with someone. You can book a room package with us and decide to invite your friends on a later date.
Valid passport for travelers outside of Indonesia. For Indonesians, the hotel requires a valid Indonesian government ID to check-in like KTP.

No. Water is available on IT’S THE WKND Bali, and bottled mineral water can be purchased at the resort.
No. All alcoholic drinks are not allowed to bring in the event. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at W Bali for consumption only.
Sure you can. Specific medication prescribed by a Medical Practitioner or medicine bought over the counter is allowed. However, we suggest that all medication is stored in its original bottles/tablet strips, along with respective prescription to avoid any confiscation by the Local Authority. We recommend your medication to be placed in your personal hand-carry luggage as it may take time for your check-in luggage(s) to be delivered to your cabin.
Unfortunately, NO. It is for your own safety. All WKNDers must be deemed medically and physically fit for travel. By booking this room, you warrant that you, and those traveling with you, are physically fit to travel at the time of check in.
The Centres for Disease Control and World Health Organisation have guidelines as to which vaccinations are required in each country. Do check with your local health care professionals certified by WHO for guidance. Livescape or W Bali have the right to require the WKNDers to produce medical certificates supporting the fitness to travel. Where a WKNDers is assessed as unfit to travel and refused check in then neither the Livescape or W Bali has any liability to the WKNDers.
You may notify LIVESCAPE at the time of booking on or before May 2023. 23:59 hrs (SST) of any disability, medical and/or physical condition that may require special assistance during the festival.
Additional request of ground transfer can be arranged with the hotel directly based on first come first serve basis with additional charges
Bali is a small and vibrant island. Lots of accommodation options are available. You can choose to stay anywhere in Bali you like! But, remember you must check-in at W Bali, Seminyak promptly on May 19, 2023, 15:00 hrs (GMT +8).
- IT’S THE WKND is scheduled to set sail at 16:00 hrs (GMT +8). You must check-in promptly BEFORE May 19, 2023, 15:00 hrs (GMT +8) to avoid missing IT’S THE WKND Bali. It is recommended to come early.
Themed/Pop-up parties are one of IT’S THE WKND most entertaining onboard events! These are secret pop-up parties with a twist.
